One session runs 50 minutes and may involve any of the following activities:

NEURO/Z-HEALTH

Through a brain-centric lens, we will assess your current movement quality and competency in order to re-educate, integrate and improve your fitness, sports performance, cognitive capacity, balance, coordination, and overall daily function while reducing your stress, pain, and risk of injury. This process uses Z-Health Performance Solutions tools and a neuro approach is often woven in with all session types in order to ensure accurate customization of our work

Care and nourishment for the mind, soul, and physical body must be interwoven if genuine fitness, health, and happiness are to be achieved long term.

My work aims to free clients of their past fitness and diet dogmas – away from feelings of being stuck or not good enough – and towards a higher realm of self-care, strength, gentleness, peace, and joy.

I invite clients to reflect on their whole self through mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical exercise and nutrition principles, to develop a customized health profile that fits each person’s unique phase of life.

NUTRITIONAL THERAPY

These sessions are another foundational focus of Whole Life Health. Nutrition Therapy is in-depth, customized and requires a commitment to learning about your body’s personal signals for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual nourishment in order to successfully restore your relationship with food, body-image, and long-term health.

FITNESS

Fitness sessions can range in activities to meet your specific needs – body weight movement, weight training, cardiovascular circuits, sport specific training and nature walks/hiking are some of the primary areas we will focus on during our time together.

YOGA

Private Yoga sessions combine many Whole Life Health principles into a whole body/mind/breathing practice.  Sessions have a foundation in the Vinyasa style (flowing breath with movement) but often encompass variations to match your physical abilities with your mindfulness and spiritual needs.

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM EXPERIENCE

These deeply restorative sessions take you to a place of inner knowing and healing so that you can release stored trauma, energy and pain. Using a combination of modalities, including breath work, rhythmic movement and guided visualization techniques you can experience freedom from the past and peace about the future as you land fully in the present moment.
