Berry Butter Toast


  • ½ cup fresh seasonal berries – try blueberries, blackberries, strawberries or raspberries
  • 1 heaping tbps. Nut butter – try almond, cashew, sun, walnut, peanut, or macadamia
  • 1 piece of gluten-free or artisanal bread of choice


  1. Toast the bread on your preferred toaster setting
  2. Wash and dry the berries; slice if necessary
  3. Spread nut butter on toasted bread
  4. Top with berries
  5. Enjoy!
