I founded Whole Life Health to help clients heal their relationship with themselves...

Whether your struggle is with physical pain, emotional pain, food addiction, fitness, or destructive behavior patterns, you can restore a healthy relationship between your mind, body, and spirit. Together we'll uncover the nature of your pain, so you can understand how to heal from it. 

 

Changing your lifestyle can be challenging; not because it’s impossible, rather because it requires commitment and responsibility from the person making the change. Change involves a willingness to learn, an openness to having new experiences, a curiosity about what is possible, and a desire to develop new habits and skills over time. The result is a process of discovery that restores your relationship with yourself and leads you to transform how you show up in the world. 

 

In our sessions, we'll begin by gathering data about your brain, your body, and your beliefs. Along with your environment, these are the primary drivers of your behavior and the most common areas you will need support to achieve and sustain the goals you have for your life and your health.

Did you know your brain and body are always communicating with you? There are simple ways you can learn the language of your brain and body to better meet their needs for energy and performance, rest and recovery, longevity and vitality. 

 

We can't change what we don't know about. So, we begin with simple practices, tools, and drills to help you become aware of the thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that might be contributing to the patterns you'd like to shift.

 

Next, we'll customize the timing, speed, depth, and breadth of the process so that it aligns with your needs, capacity, and readiness for change. Along the way, you'll develop your confidence, competence, and ability to navigate the ebbs and flows of the process of change. This is where your self-fluency really blossoms.   

 

Toward the end of our work together, you'll be ready to step into your full agency, efficacy, and capacity to sustain the lifestyle you have created and the self-knowledge to keep growing as life unfolds.    

My personal mission is to help you become an expert in your own life, so that you can navigate all the phases and experiences life brings you with confidence to discern your path forward and maintain your whole life health.

Neuro Fitness

Neuro-Fitness Therapy is a process of re-educating your brain's movement maps so you can move well, reduce stress, relieve pain and perform at a high level.

The most common reasons a client chooses Neuro are to reduce pain, relieve chronic injury patterns, improve cognitive, balance, and visual functions, recover completely from surgery or accidents and to excel in an athletic performance goal.

We'll restore the function of your visual, vestibular, proprioceptive, and interoceptive systems so that you can return to and enjoy the lifestyle in which you desire to engage.

Nutrition Therapy guides you to restore your relationship with food, body image, emotional well-being, self-talk, core values and much more.

This in-depth process of self-discovery illuminates why, when & how you choose to nourish yourself - body, mind, and spirit.

Learning how to master the art of behavior change is of upmost importance to achieving your desired goals.
